Simulation of PET tissue time-radioactivity concentration curve (TAC) from reference tissue TAC based on a selected reference tissue input compartment model. Available reference tissue input models and model parameters: FRTM; (Full) reference tissue model; R1, k2, k3, BP [1] SRTM: Simplified reference tissue model; R1, k2, BP [2] RRTM: Reduced reference tissue model; R1, k2, k3 (k4=0) TRTM: Transport-limited reference tissue model; R1, k2, k3 [3] Parameters: 1) Model (FRTM|SRTM|RRTM|TRTM) 2) Name of file containing (only) the reference tissue TAC 3-5/6) Model parameters 6/7) Filename for the simulated TAC Simulated TACs are saved in DFT format, where columns are: 1) Total tissue activity (Ct) 2) Activity in 1st tissue compartment (Cf) 3) Activity in 2nd tissue compartment (Cb) Options: -nosub TACs of sub-compartments (Cf and Cb) are not written into output file. -h or --help Print this message and exit --version or --build Print software build information and exit --silent Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages --verbose Program prints more information about what it is doing References: 1.
