Converts arterial plasma TAC from a [O-15]O2 PET study
to blood [O-15]H2O TAC (1).
 
Usage: o2_p2w [Options] plasmafile bloodfile
 
Options:
 -HCT=<Hematocrit>
     Specify the hematocrit; when specified, the plasma-to-blood ratio
     is calculated using it, assuming that water contents of RBCs and
     plasma are 0.73 and 0.94, respectively.
 -PBR=<Plasma-to-blood ratio>
     Specify the plasma-to-blood ratio; by default 1.12; effective only
     when HCT is not given.
 -SCT=<Sample collect time>
     Plasma sample collection time (usually 20 s) should be given for
     accurate fit with fit_o2bl.
 -h, --help
     Display usage information on standard output and exit.
 -v, --version
     Display version and compile information on standard output and exit.
 -d[n], --debug[=n], --verbose[=n]
     Set the level (n) of debugging messages and listings.
 -q, --quiet
     Suppress displaying normal results on standard output.
 -s, --silent
     Suppress displaying anything except errors.
