Scales a count rate file into the level of a time activity curve (TAC)
in DFT file.
DFT file is assumed to contain two columns: time column and one TAC.
If more than one TACs exist, only the first one is used.
Data is interpolated, if necessary,
to the times of first file.
Output is written in DFT format or as plain data file depending of the
format of first data file.
Usage: crscale <count rate file> <dft file> <output file>
e.g.: crscale s04064.img.cr s04064.dft s04064.cr.scaled
