Calculates the TACs of the individual pixels of a dynamic ECAT image inside specified regions-of-interest. TACs are saved in DFT format Usage: roipxl <ECAT Image> <ROI filename(s)> <Filename for TACs> Options: -MP Find the TAC inside ROI(s) with the highest peak value -MA Find the TAC inside ROI(s) with the highest AUC -MF Find the highest pixel value inside ROI(s) in each frame separately and combine the TAC from these values See also: roilist, eroi2img, epxl2dft, eprofile
