Simulates the regional brain PET TAC in a dynamic [F-18]FDOPA bolus
study with specified parameters of the Kuwabara's compartmental model [1,2].
Parameters for the program:
1) Plasma FDOPA TAC file
2) Plasma OMFD TAC file
3) Blood TAC file
4) K1
5) Ve(=K1/k2)
6) k3
7) kLoss
8) Simulated tissue TAC file
Options (with default values):
-q=1.5 ; K1m/K1d
-k5=0
-Vb=3.5 ; Blood volume fraction (%); Arterial and venous blood are
assumed to be similar (f>>K1)
Simulated TACs are written in output file in columns of
1) Time
2) Total tissue radioactivity concentration
3) FDOPA
4) Nondiffusible and diffusible metabolites (FDA, F-3-MT, FDOPAC, FHVA)
5) OMFD
6) Vascular contribution to tissue TAC
