Estimates the parameters of compartmental model:
Cp Ct
______ ___________________
| | K1 | k3 |
| | --> | -------> |
| A | <-- | A <------- B |
| | k2 | k4 |
|______| |___________________|
Parameters:
1) Plasma file
2) Tissue TAC file (*.dft)
3) Fit end time (duration)
4) Result file (existing file is overwritten)
5) Fitted tissue TAC file (optional)
Parameters K1, k2 and k3 are fitted; k4=Vp=0.
The model is transformed to general linear least squares functions [1,2],
which are solved using Lawson-Hanson non-negative least squares (NNLS)
algorithm [3].
