Estimates the distribution volume (DV) from compartmental model:
Cp Ct
______ ___________________
| | K1 | k3 | 1-tissue CM
| | --> | -------> | DV=K1/k2
| A | <-- | A <------- B |
| | k2 | k4 | 2-tissue CM
|______| |___________________| DV=(K1/k2)*(1+k3/k4)
The model is transformed to general linear least squares functions [1],
which are solved using Lawson-Hanson non-negative least squares (NNLS)
algorithm [2]. DV is estimated directly without division [3,4,5].
Parameters:
1) Metabolite corrected plasma file
2) Tissue TAC file (*.dft)
3) Fit end time (duration)
4) Result file (existing file is overwritten)
Options:
-ref=<reference region name>
When reference region is defined, DVR can be calculated as DVroi/DVref
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing.
Options for selection of model:
-0 Akaike weighted avg of 1- and 2-tissue compartment model results [6,7]
-1 Force one-tissue compartment model for all regions
-2 Force two-tissue compartment model for all regions
-A Automatic selection of model for separate regions (default)
