Constructs an image of ROIs from ROI file(s) and image where ROIs were drawn. Images of ECAT 6.3 or ECAT 7.x format are supported, as well as ROI files of ECAT 6.3 format. Usage: eroi2img [-Options] <Image file> <ROI file(s)> <Output image> Options: -P[planes] Apply all ROIs on all planes, or on specified plane; else ROIs are applied only to planes where they were drawn. -Z<i|o>=<filename> Set pixel values inside (i) or outside (o) of all ROIs to zero.
