Calculate an average over specified time frames of a dynamic ECAT 6.3, ECAT 7 or Analyze 7.5 image. Will overwrite output files without asking, if they exist. If necessary, use program eframe to get a list of the time frames. Usage: ecatsum [Options] <dynamic img/scn> <start frame> <end frame> <avg file> Options: -i Integral image (activity x seconds) is calculated instead of an average. -s Sum image (sum of data matrix values) is calculated instead of an average.
