Reduce the number of regional TACs in DFT file by averaging similar TACs
Average TACs are sorted by AUC.
Usage: dftreduc [Options] <Input file> <Output file>
Options:
-nr=<number of resulting TACs>
By default three TACs are created.
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints lots of information about what it is doing.
