Program for converting DFT files into Imanet Hammersmith tissue time-
activity curve format (*.idwc).
Usage: dft2idwc [options] <DFT file> <IDWC filename>
Note #1: check the sample time unit, and convert to seconds before using
this program when necessary.
Note #2: add weights to DFT file using program dftweigh before using
this program when necessary.
Note #3: software that uses IDWC format may require that TACs are not
corrected for physical decay; remove decay correction with dftdecay
before using this program when necessary.
