cpt2dft 0.7.1 © 2004-2013 by Turku PET Centre

Combines the regional PET TACs in CPT format into a single DFT file. Data can also be saved in previous format, by setting output file extension to '.roi.kbq'. This program cannot currently read all CPT formats. It accepts standard CPT files from Imagetool, Vinci and dft2cpt. PET images scanned before 1993, and CPT files calculated from those, may contain sum frames, which need to be removed before they can be processed further. Usage: cpt2dft [Options] <CPT filename(s)> <Output filename> Options: -cptunit=<Unit> or -auto If user knows for certain the calibration units in CPT files, it can be given to programs with option -cptunit, for example -cptunit=Bq/cc; with option -auto, program tries to guess the units -unit=<Unit> If CPT calibration unit is identified, the radioactivity concentrations may be converted to units specified with this option -d Just frame mid times and activities are saved without any header information -h or --help Print this message and exit -v, --version or --build Print software build information and exit --silent Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages --verbose Program prints more information about what it is doing. Example: cpt2dft doe_john\*.cpt uit455.dft References: 1. Regional time-radioactivity curves (TACs). http://www.turkupetcentre.net/analysis/doc/roi_tac.html 2.
