Input data preprocessing for [C-11]TMSX PET studies, when initial data is retrieved from the PET image. Resulting data is calibrated and corrected for physical decay. Delay time correction is not necessary with image-derived input. Command-line arguments: 1. BTAC from ROI placed on aorta or LV cavity (*.dft, *.tac) 2. Manual plasma sample file (*ap.kbq) 3. Plasma parent fraction file (*.rat) 4. Hematocrit (for example 0.42) 5. Filename for parent plasma TAC (*apc.kbq) 6. Filename for metabolite plasma TAC (*apm.kbq) 7.
