Analysis of simulated data
Usual analysis methods and tools for regional data and images can be applied to simulated data.
It is recommended to do simulations using batch files, because it is probable that simulations need to repeated with different input data or parameters.
Simple software tools for working with simulated data
- Combine/extract TACs from datafiles
- Delete TACs from datafiles
- Rename TACs
- Double the number of samples
- Add sequential plane numbers
- Arithmetic calculations for TACs
- Mean, standard deviation, or coefficient of variation curve from all TACs inside one TAC file
- Interpolate TAC to decreasing time intervals
- Collection and comparison of results: parcoll, pardiff, and paradd
- Statistics from result files: rescoll and parmean
