ANC file format

ANC is a text-based file format for ancillary PET data for the MIAKAT™ software. File name must have extension .anc.

The following data can be included in the ANC file:

• Summary info
• Radiochemistry
• Time data
• Metabolite data
• Plasma data from discrete samples
• (Whole) blood data from discrete samples
• (Whole) blood data from continuous sampling
• Blood glucose measurements.
